Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEM operated EI436 Dublin – Milan Malpensa this evening, however following the earlier A320 technical issue at Verona the return EI437 was cancelled and the aircraft instead positioned Milan Malpensa – Verona as EI990 in order to operate the delayed EI413 Verona – Dublin after midnight.

Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEG Knock Cancellation.

Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEG operated EI911 London Gatwick – Knock early this evening, however the return EI912 was cancelled and after four and a half hours on the ground the aircraft positioned Knock – Dublin, also as EI911.

Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEI Verona Technical Issue.

ASL Airlines B737-300 EI-STA Positions for Aer Lingus Operations.

Following its diversion in the early hours of this morning, ASL Airlines Boeing 737-31S EI-STA positioned Belfast International – Belfast City as EI990 early this morning then operated the following Aer Lingus services:

EI946/EI947 Belfast City – Malaga
EI972/EI973 Belfast City – Faro.

ASL Airlines B737-300 EI-STA Operates for Aer Lingus, Diverts to Malaga and Belfast International.

ASL Airlines Boeing 737-31S EI-STA operated the following Aer Lingus services today:

EI972/EI973 Belfast City – Faro
EI948/EI949 Belfast City – Malaga.

However EI949 stopped the climb at 11,000ft due to a technical issue and returned to Malaga for a safe landing. The aircraft departed again shortly after midnight but diverted to Belfast International having missed curfew at Belfast City.

Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEO Returns from Palma.

Following the technical issue it encountered on September 1st, Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEO positioned Palma – Dublin in the early hours of this morning as EI993.

Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEN EI412 Venice Diversion.

Aer Lingus A320 EI-DEN operating EI412 Dublin – Verona diverted to Venice this afternoon due to weather at Verona. The aircraft then positioned Venice – Dublin as EI993. As a result EI413 Verona – Dublin was cancelled.
